I ordered 5 pieces, received 4 and the delivery stmt said there were 5. After almost 20 emails they admitted they didn’t send the largest carpet. So I sent 4 back and still have not received any confirmation or return of my money.

These pads are great for hardwood. The nonslip keeps the rugs in place.

The rug is really pretty and the right size. I was just disappointed that it came with washing instructions to spot clean. I was hoping that I could throw it in a machine to wash the whole thing if needed.
