We purchased two runners for our hallways and both arrived either damaged or poorly constructed. Our 11 ft runner has two areas along the side that aren’t straight causing two very visible curves along the edge coupled with the binding at one end starting to unravel. The second runner (17ft) has the same edge unraveling along with two corners starting to do the same. We’ve only had these down for a little over a week and there’s zero reason this should be happening to both as we don’t use the vacuum roller brush on them nor do we wear shoes in the house. For as much as these were, I expected better quality.
